For domestic orders, we use the United States Post Office 1st Class. We ship from Connecticut at 11:00 am, processing all orders received by that time. 1st Class characteristically takes from 2 to 5 days, depending upon the distance from CT.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the product, return
it to us for a prompt refund or another size. If the order is
defective in any way, let us know via email

a description of the problem, so that we can correct the
problem promptly.
